Using a saucepan over medium to high heat, bring the berries, maple syrup and water to the boil then reduce the heat to low and allow the berries to reduce down for 10 minutes then remove from heat
Add the vanilla paste, cinnamon and chia seeds. Stir well and leave to thicken for 5 minutes
In a separate bowl combine the chia layer ingredients. Stir well and allow to thicken
Layer 3 jars starting with the chia jam, then the chia layer and topping it off with fresh strawberries, shredded coconut and chopped nuts
